Join us as a Vendor

A vendor is any seller whose business supports environmentalism and a diverse local economy. All submitted applications must be reviewed and approved by the Conway EcoFest board of directors before any vendor may participate. Vendors must pay a $50 booth fee to participate. Vendors who are food sellers must have a health certificate. All must have a permit to sell, state sales certificate and are required to file and pay their own sales tax. All vendors are independent of Conway EcoFest and must sign a "Release to hold Conway EcoFest harmless" in order to participate.

Note: Styrofoam, polystyrene are expressly prohibited. Food vendors must use environmentally friendly, recyclable or biodegradable packaging. This is a Leave No Trace event.
