Join us as a Vendor
A vendor is any seller whose business supports environmentalism and a diverse local economy. Sellers must understand their connection and promote at our event, their businesses positive impact to the environment (such as: local foods, up-cycled items, innovation technologies, artists, vintage clothing, etc...) Any offset to the burden on natural resources, decreased carbon footprint, etc. will be considered. All sellers must meet criteria in accordance with Conway EcoFest guidelines and are subject to review to avoid green-washing at our event. All applications submitted will be reviewed and approved before vendor can attend event. Vendors must pay a booth fee of $25 to attend. Vendors who are food sellers must have health certificate. All must have permit to sell, state sales certificate and are required to file and pay their own sales tax. All vendors are independent of Conway EcoFest and must sign a "Release to hold Conway EcoFest harmless" in order to participate.
Note: Styrofoam, polystyrene are expressly prohibited. Food vendors are to ensure packaging of foods and are to remain environmentally friendly, be recyclable or biodegradable. Vendors are to minimize packaging to decrease waste and are to maintain clean work and eating areas during and after festival.
